Employees and Workplace
We vote in favor of proposals addressing gender and race-related pay disparities, family leave policies, employee board representation, workforce safety disclosures, and climate transition planning.
Executive Compensation
We oppose CEO pay exceeding 100 times median employee compensation. We vote against discretionary bonuses lacking performance metrics and require annual "say on pay" votes.
Board Independence and Composition
We require a minimum of 66% independent board nominees, with gender diversity targets of 25% and ethnic diversity minimum of 10%.
Environmental and Social Issues
We support shareholder input on climate change and conservation matters, advocating that companies make all possible efforts to limit their negative impacts on climate change.
Shareholder Protections
We favor "one share one vote" standards, board declassification allowing annual director elections, and shareholder nomination rights.
